Job Description:Job Responsibilities: Cross-check all purchasing requirements. Maintain vendors for all office related issues and work. Handle all office electrical, carpentry, plumbing and air conditioning issues. Maintain a ledger for all purchase. Maintain receipts, invoices and vouchers for all outgoing payments. Coordinate and pay PF/ESI payments. Run payroll for all employees. Maintain company expenses. Maintain expense receipts for all transactions. Coordinate with Bookkeeper and ensure corporate are paid every year on-time. Coordinate with Bookkeeper and ensure quarterly pre-payments are made on-time. Prepare monthly expense report and send it to management every month. Handle Petty Cash on daily basis. Maintain inventory of all office items and authorize/track product usage. Travel involved for purchasing, bank visits, auditor office visits, etc. (Must have bike) Competencies Streamline purchase and procurement processes. Authorize and evaluate goods receipt, and ensure adherence to quality. Manage and adhere to long-term contracts with suppliers and vendors. Ensure adequate stock levels. Record all transactions and periodically conduct ageing analysis. Must be willing to travel domestically to make vendor payments. Adhere to error free reports and payments. Must have proficiency in excel and MS office package. Must be excellent with numbers.
