Job Description:Job Description Required Skills: Knowledge on Avaya products and solutions such as Avaya Aura Communication Manager (CM), Session Manager (SM), CS1K and Unified Communications solutions Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills Excellent understanding of Avaya Communication Manager and gateways Ability to understand customer requirements Knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry Additional Skills Knowledge of communication systems and solutions, such as Avaya Aura Communication Manager / Cisco Call Manager / Avaya CS1K, Avaya Session Manager, System Manager, System Platform, Voicemail systems, SIP / H.323 framework. Qualifications: BE / BCA / MCA or equivalent One or more certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, Redhat, Avaya ACE, APSS, APDS, ACSS, ACSE Knowledge on Avaya Competitor solutions will be an added advantage Experience: 2 - 4 Yrs Presale/ post sale experience in Telecom / IT Industry of which at least 1-2 years should be with Avaya Unified Communications (CM, PBX, gateways etc.) solutions.
