Job Description:Required Regional Sales Head for Mumbai and Sales Manager for Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Calcutta for PPI Cards for Transcorp International Ltd Develop and implement detailed Sales strategy / plan for Acquisition of Corporates for Pre-Paid Payment Instruments primarily Cards and/or other digital/electronic payments Responsible for acquisition & amp amp growth of the business and profitability for the region Build & amp amp develop sales team for Acquisition of both Corporate and their employees across all products Build Capabilities across Internal Sales Team and that of other distribution channels such as Agents Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance while onboarding customers Assist in target setting of team members Execute account review mechanism with corporates for better implementation Co-ordinate with other business functions / departments in the organization, as required Monitor sales strategies of key competitors Corporates acquired, Pre-paid Cards No of Cards Sold, Active Cards, Load Volume, POS Spends, Team Productivity Wallets - Number of Unique Wallets and Load Implementation of eKYC and Compliance with Prevailing Regulations Personal characteristics Strong leadership, Team building, Motivator and Achiever of Goals & amp amp Targets Willing to travel extensively Interpersonal skills Ability to develop strong ties with Corporates Ability to bond with the existing and New distribution channels, Agents Create and maintain relationships with internal team and other departments / businesses in the organization Ability to build relationships with Merchants Communication skills Strong oral, written, communication & amp amp motivating skills Professional knowledge and skills Preferably MBA in sales or marketing or Significant (at least 2-10 years) experience of which last 2 plus years in Sale of Prepaid / Meal Cards and/or Wallets Candidates from Corporate sales background Overall knowledge of Cards, Wallets business Sales & amp amp Distribution, Channel Management, Products and Operations Experience At least 2 years experience in Sales of Pre-paid Cards, Wallets and Electronic payments Other useful experience (any of the below) -Led a corporate sales team, preferably related to cards / wallets preferably at a Regional Level -Alliance negotiation with Corporates, Aggregators etc.
