Detailed Responsibilities : - The VP Marketing would be part of the senior leadership team. Responsible to lead and scale the Marketing vision, strategy and capability of Client and keep up with the high growth to deliver new world class games. - Head the Marketing team as the leader of the vision & amp amp strategy, with accountability over execution. - Own all initiatives to develop and scale acquisition and retention. - Push an aggressive roadmap, institute best marketing practices and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges. - For all games, own, build and refine global go-to-market plans across geo- s, channels and segments. Lead the team and create successful strategies for Email, SEM, SEO, Affiliate, SM and BTL activities. - For all products, build a Creative narrative that resonates with users and ensure its woven through every customer touch point through CRM/CS, email marketing, loyalty schemes etc - Evolve the existing products reach through strong viral content development. - Develop influencer relations programs (Analysts, Press, Social, etc) - Maintain efficient Marketing processes that enable the company to run highly efficient operations. The company has a user base of 10+ million for games like Teen Patti and Howzat. - Lead and expand the existing Marketing team identify new talent manage, mentor & amp amp retain all members of the team. - Build the marketing machine for high volume acquisition of free customers through both earned (SEO, content, referrals) and paid channels collaborate with product and analytics on strategies and tactics to convert free to paying customers. - Build a corporate marketing function that puts us in the industry conversation, globally - Work closely with product team and the leadership team for new product development. - Be involved in conceptualizing, building and marketing products from scratch. - Help set the creative Marketing direction for the team. - Drive the evolution of the acquisition and retention strategy and execute appropriate campaigns. - Set and manage expectations, communicate and execute goals within timelines.
