Job Description:Role Purpose Statement To develop business and to generate revenue through key accounts in Narrow Web Business Unit Main Accountabilities 1.Manage the key account customers 2.Generating revenue / sales from the key accounts on repetitive basis 3.Understand the printing needs of the customer and make proper product recommendations. 4.Develop business by acquiring new accounts into Narrow Web business 5.Able to build up relation throughout the customer organisation hierarchy. 6.Collecting Market Information in terms of Competition/Product & amp amp Manpower 7. Manage strict credit control and discipline at the customer end to endure long term business 8.Resolution of customer complaints and claims 9.Monitor the sales of Key Accounts 10.Tracking of payment schedule 11.To do product portfolio optimisation to increase revenue. 12.Timely collection of sales tax form. 13.Identification of new business opportunities 14.To conduct customer trials and product trails and providing feedback to the technology development team. 15.Handle dealer/channel business. 16.Close coordination with AMS for supplies 17.Actively coordinating with Business Unit Head, Technology Development Head, SCM Head, F& amp amp A Head 18.Regular reporting on MIS.
