Job Description:Urgent opening for Talent management(IT Service Domain) @Bangalore Interview Location: Anywhere Work Location: Bangalore Exp: 10 to & amp nbsp 20 yrs Job description: Position Senior Manager / Associate Director Experience: Experience in leading a talent management team in the IT Services domain. Should have managed upwards of a 1,500 people business unit. Proven track record developing strong relationships across functional and organizational lines A minimum of 8+ years of experience managing a talent management team Recruitment experience is an added plus Roles and Responsibilities: Overall Governance of Staffing Requests Visa Planning and Readiness process owner Deployable Pool Management (Allocations and Actions) Complete ownership on fulfillment of talent Key performance Indicators (KPIs) Advisor to business on talent availability fulfill or pushback based on data backed approach. Forecasting: Track and proactively allocate client Minds to future projects Upskilling plan - plan to upskill people within the business unit. Manage cost while optimizing revenue. - Quality of demand: To check on demand which are Time and Material in nature. Talk to stakeholders on getting inputs on upcoming deals. Challenge the business. - Internal Fulfillment: Billing efficiency: Managing bench. Ensuring efficiency SLAs and staffing does not get affected. Close tracking of the project. - Excellent coordination with different stakeholders and building healthy relationship with clients. Skills Required: Project management Proven ability in implementing and streamlining talent management SLAs. Building highly successful teams, via effectively coaching, motivation and empowerment of staff Ability to influence without positional power An entrepreneurial attitude and full understanding of what it takes to operate in a very dynamic and fast-paced competitive environment. Ability to work in a matrix organisation and be sensitive to cross cultural / geographical sensitivities Process and project management expertise, integrating both business process and enterprise Talent management IT solutions. Full lifecycle of Talent Management practices and processes experience, including career path mapping, succession planning, performance management, development planning, and diversity and inclusion best practices. Education: Should possess a Bachelors degree, with MBA in HR/Operations preferred.
