Job Description:Responsible for achieving primary, secondary sales targets and coverage outlet target of assigned area. JOB PROFILE: 1.Responsible for sales of the entire range of products for the assigned area. Sales promotion within sales policies framework. 2.Product launch to establish product in market & amp amp achieve/ exceed defined sales targets. 3.Relationship building & amp amp coordination with dealers, distributors & amp amp retailers etc. 4.Collection & amp amp compilation of relevant business & amp amp competitor information from the market. 5.Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority. 6.Ensure product availability at all relevant channels 7.Solely responsible for planning & amp amp achieving monthly/ yearly target 8.Set monthly, quarterly and yearly target for each Distributor for your region 9.Coordinate correspondence and communication between the team and Distributor management. 10.Comply with all company policy, instruction, and directives. 11.Ensure continuous development of the assigned area and addition of new outlets. 12.Distributor Handling and the issues with regards to their claim, supply chain, VISI etc. 13.Management of the Secondary Sales Force in terms of compliance, Training, performance evaluation, coordination and communication between them and the distributor. 14.Developing dealer and distributor network. 15.Any other related task assigned by HOD.
