Job Description:Your role comes with a great deal of responsibility. As a marketing executive your core responsibility includes identifying growth needs of the agency, strategizing with agency head on new marketing strategy, identify markets and segments for developing exhibitions& amp amp eventsbusiness generate leads and successful closure of the lead. Projecting an appropriate positive image of the agency is a must.Should have strong communication and presentation skills, good interpersonal and persuasion Skills, highly energetic with positive attitude, ability to identify opportunities, resourceful with ability to represent the company in front of decision makers with an aggressive approach towards winning clients. Other Responsibilities will be: - Must actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and setting appointments for seniors. Managing your own calendar by identifying areas of exhibition& amp amp events and coordinating with the calendars of seniors. Data collection of upcoming exhibition& amp amp events and accordingly co-ordinating with clients for meeting/presentation. Building new account records and maintaining contacts within account records Client Presentations, clients follow ups, revenue generation, coordination, meeting with clients, regular client interactionsand handle complaints or objections Understanding and keeping up-to-date with constant developments in the exhibition & amp amp events industry and agency market Identifying areas for expansion and development Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly interacting with organisers of exhibition& amp amp eventsto increase and develop a further network of aspects Conduct thorough analysis of respective markets global exhibition & amp amp events and identify opportunities and challenges. Build strategic recommendations to drive agency segment business growth.
